These Cryoclear™ external threaded polypropylene cryogenic vials are supplied sterile and certified to meet 95KPA as 100% leak proof. They have white printing with a white background writing space. They also have a barcode that is printed on each vile. The caps are made of a blend of PE and TPE. Their temperature range is -196° C to 121° C. They can be autoclaved to +121° C, 15 PSIG (1BAR) for 20 minutes. They can handle a spin rate of 25,000 X G. They are designed for the gas phase of nitrogen, not the liquid phase. They are all manufactured to ISO 13485:2004 ISO 14698 in a class 7 clean room.

These polypropylene cap inserts make color-coding easy for sample identification. These inserts are supplied non-sterile. They easily snap into the caps for the internal and external threaded cryogenic caps.
